This document constitutes a binding agreement between the user (hereinafter "USER" or "YOU") and ABG Tech Capital Inc. (hereinafter "THE COMPANY") establishing the terms and conditions (hereinafter the "AGREEMENT") for the use and enjoyment of the DEROX Digital Platform (hereinafter "DEROX"). This AGREEMENT applies to all activities and interactions performed by the USER within DEROX, related mobile applications, and all other linked services (hereinafter the "SERVICES").
The platform provides our users with a health guide and offers many features such as the following: personalized health assistance and information, symptom tracking functionality, and access to our medical database ("Medical Library") powered by DEROX's unique artificial intelligence system.
Health guidance and assistance is available as an application that can be downloaded for free via your mobile device (hereinafter the "DEROX App"), and (where available) via our web-based application (hereinafter the "Website"). DEROX has also developed an assessment tool (hereinafter referred to as "Assessment Tool") and related services. The Website, the DEROX App, and the Assessment Tool, including any software, service, or other technology on which they are based, will hereinafter be referred to as the "DEROX Platform".
The DEROX platform offers you the opportunity to find out your health status, as well as giving you lifestyle recommendations based on your answers (without substituting the advice or counsel of a medical expert with a medical license). The DEROX Platform uses a document base containing medical and scientific knowledge for wellness recommendations (hereinafter, the "Assessment Report").
The DEROX platform is provided to you through various distribution channels and allows you to make an unlimited number of requests for health assistance, recommendations, and assessment.
Please note that we provide the DEROX platform solely for informational purposes. It is not a medical consultation. The DEROX platform is not a suitable substitute for medical advice obtained from your doctor, general practitioner, or other health service provider. The DEROX platform DOES NOT provide diagnoses for medical conditions, nor does it prescribe how to treat any medical problem you may have. This can only be done by consulting a medical professional.
Referential Use: The information provided by the macronutrient tool is only an estimate and depends on the data entered by the user. There may be variations in calculations due to differences in preparation, ingredients, and serving sizes.
User Liability: All decisions related to food and nutrition are the sole responsibility of the user, so it is their obligation to verify the validity and reliability of the information provided by the macronutrient tool with a health or nutrition professional. The tool does not replace the advice of a health or nutrition professional.
Ultimately, if you have any medical issues related to the information you have entered into the DEROX Platform, you are responsible for whether or not to consult a medical professional, and therefore you hereby release THE COMPANY from any damage, direct or indirect, that may originate from the use of DEROX or any information linked to THE COMPANY and/or its digital or electronic services.
THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY DEROX IS SOLELY FOR DATA RESEARCH AND PROCESSING. PLEASE NOTE THAT DEROX DOES NOT PERFORM ANY MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS. PLEASE CONSULT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, YOU MUST CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. YOU SHOULD NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL ADVICE FROM A DOCTOR OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR BECAUSE YOU ARE RELYING ON INFORMATION YOU HAVE READ OR HEARD ON DEROX and/or any other technology directly or indirectly linked to THE COMPANY.
You must be at least 18 years old if you wish to use DEROX. If you are under 18, use of the platform and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions requires the consent of your legal guardian.
To access DEROX services you will first need an Apple ID or a Google account. You can then download the DEROX App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The minimum data required to create and register an ACCOUNT are: First Name, Last Name, Email, Age, and Gender. Account cancellation can be effected at any time.
It is essential that YOU maintain the password that allows entry to the created ACCOUNT in strict confidentiality. YOU are solely responsible for the use made of it. In the event that the USER becomes aware of or suspects a compromise of their password, it is important to notify THE COMPANY immediately via direccion@abgtechcapital.com.
USERS who register will obtain an individual and non-transferable membership. For corporate memberships, consult the commercial department at direccion@abgtechcapital.com.
In order for YOU to access DEROX services, it is necessary to make the corresponding payment via debit card, credit card, or electronic transfer.

Non-compliance represents a material violation and may result in immediate suspension, temporary or permanent withdrawal of the right of access, as well as the initiation of legal proceedings.
THE COMPANY is the owner of DEROX, the website, related SERVICES, the trade name, brand and logos, source code, and proprietary rights of all intellectual property. The USER may not modify or manipulate any of those elements or use them without written authorization.
At the moment the USER registers with DEROX, a legally binding contract is established with THE COMPANY. If YOU do not accept this AGREEMENT you must not register, nor create an account, nor generate any MEMBERSHIP.
This AGREEMENT will last for as long as YOU and THE COMPANY maintain an operational relationship. In the event that you wish to terminate the AGREEMENT, communication via email to direccion@abgtechcapital.com will suffice, whereby THE COMPANY will proceed to cancel accounts and subscriptions.
THE COMPANY cannot guarantee that there will be no moments beyond its control that hinder accessibility to information or stability in internet connections. Likewise, it is reiterated that the services offered by DEROX are strictly for information research and processing, so for no reason should it be understood that the information provided constitutes a medical diagnosis.
Personal data that THE COMPANY collects from the USER or is generated by the inherent use of DEROX is included in our privacy notice available at abgtechcapital.com.
From the moment You agree to use our website, the DEROX platform, or any other technology linked to THE COMPANY, you expressly waive any jurisdiction that might correspond to you by reason of your domicile, nationality, or any other circumstance, and expressly submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Mexico City.
By using DEROX, the USER approves receiving electronic communications from THE COMPANY from the address direccion@abgtechcapital.com, which may include notifications about your account, confirmations, and promotional information.
